The overall aim of the research is to assess the quality of hotel services in youth towns. To achieve this aim, a self- administered questionnaire was designed and distributed on a random sample of youth in five towns (Sharm El-Sheikh – Luxor – Portsaid – Alexandria – Dumyat). The questionnaire aimed to identify the perspectives of such customers regarding the quality of hotel services (i.g. accommodation services, food and beverage services and entertainment activities. The major findings revealed that the quality level of the hotel services in some these towns are low, particularly in Portsaid and Alexandria
