Significance of this study that handles hosting places in monasteries which lead to pay due concerns to developing services that meet requirement of various life aspects needed by guests. The herein study aims to identifying level and extent of quality for the provided services in hosting places in monasteries along with identifying opinions, views and trends of those who work in such monasteries. To reach ends of this study, a questionnaire was designed and addressed to monasteries' visitors and those who benefit from hosting services. The study in question used and adopted the analytical descriptive approach as it fits study goals.
In course of this study, the hereinafter findings were shown: a percentage of %37.8 out of a total of beneficiaries with monthly income less than 1500 LE, and a percentage of % 91.6 out of a total of beneficiaries are visiting monasteries with purpose of religious end and a percentage of % 40.4 out of a total of those beneficiaries are spending three days to seven days in their visit to the monastery. Guests are judging quality of residence level in terms of (rooms cleaning, type of furniture in these rooms, welcoming and reception). Their judgment on food quality as per (taste of convenient food, quality of food, temperature of service plate), also, their satisfaction regarding food and beverage services is made according to (diversification of the food offered in sales outlets, diversity of food and beverage sales outlet and level of cleaning in such outlets).
