Abstract

The current study assesses the extent to which tourism and hospitality meet the needs of people with determination. Data was collected from 538 people of determination who were hotel and travel agency customers located in Luxor and Aswan. Data analysis was performed using a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). multigroup approach by dividing the extracted sample into two groups: 220 customers within 12 five-star hotels and 318 customers within 12 A-class travel agencies. The results proved that all proposed hypotheses were moral and positive through the partial mediation of emotional wellbeing in favor of the hotel sample, with the exception of one hypothesis in favor of the travel agency sample. Moreover, the results proved that brand anthropomorphism strengthened the positive association between emotional wellbeing and customer advocacy in both groups. There is a shortcoming in the provided tourism services: a lack of tourist awareness of the topics of interest. This paper highlights tourist awareness of the needs of people of determination of all kinds, provides an appropriate environment for service accessibility, and prepares professional cadres for dealing with people of determination, their needs, and fulfilling their desires. Accordingly, the study presents promising prospects for practitioners and academics in the hospitality context to pay attention to the service quality provided to people of determination under the slogan "Capable of Differently.
