The impact of organizational learning in enhancing the creative behavior of employees in Egyptian tourism companies

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and the creative behavior of employees in Egyptian tourism companies. The research depended on the analytical approach. The research used the questionnaire method as the main tool for collecting primary data and directed to a random sample of employees in the searched tourism companies. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS V23. The results of the research revealed a variation in the relative importance of the dimensions of organizational learning and creative behavior of employees in these companies. The existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational learning and the dimensions of creative behavior of employees. The presence of a positive impact with statistical significance for organizational learning in enhancing the creative behavior of employees in these companies.The research recommends that the Egyptian tourism companies should adopt the organizational learning dimensions in the tourism company, in order to support the creative aspects of the workers, in order to distinguish themselves from the competitors.
